2025 Pioneer Days Food Truck Application
Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at the 2025 Pioneer Days. Once you have filled out your application, someone from the Pioneer Days Committee will let you know if you are approved. Once you have been accepted, you will receive an invoice via email. A PDF version of this can be found by clicking this link.
Vendor Information:
1. All applicants will be selected by the St. Francis Pioneer Days Committee. Vendor companies will come on a first come first serve basis. In the basis of variety, we may turn down vendors based on similar food styles.
2. There will be no refund on vendor fees as this is a fundraiser for the festival for the operation of the St. Francis Pioneer Days festival.
3. The application and waiver must be signed to be considered for acceptance to the festival.
4. The space available is approximately 12’ wide. This is an outdoor event. The St. Francis Pioneer days does NOT provide tables, chairs, or any tents. If you need additional space, please indicate that below.
5. All booths should have neat, tasteful, and appropriate displays, as this is a family friendly event.
6. All mobile food units (food trucks) need hot and cold running water under pressure, no temporary handwashing set ups (meaning three buckets) permitted for the food trucks. They must have a sticker showing they have had their electrical inspection. Temporary food stands need a hands-free handwashing station and 3 bucket set up as seen on the application. Also, just a reminder that all trucks/carts/trailers/stands need an Anoka County license when operating in this county. Applications can be found at https://www.anokacountymn.gov/1414/Food-Service-Establishments
7. Once you are approved, you will be sent a form for the City of St. Francis Transient Merchant License. There is no fee for food trucks, but it must be on file with the City of St. Francis before the event.
8. Vendor Fees are as follows; $150 WITHOUT electric and WITH Electric (limited spaces) $250. Registration Fees cover Friday, May 30th, Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st.
9. Upon checking in on Friday, all food vendors will be required to provide a $250 Deposit check. This check will not be cashed and will be given back to you on Sunday concluding Pioneer Days if you stay for the entire weekend. This ensures that vendors do not leave when we are expecting them for our community.
10. Friday hours are 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
11. Set up typically begins on Friday at NOON. Specific instructions on vendor spots, parking, and all other information will be emailed to vendors who have been approved 1 week before the start of Pioneer Days.
